We need a “I left the respectable sciences and conquered humanistic studies of the sciences, then went back to a respectable science because THAT’s WHERE THE MONEY’S AT, but left my <3 in the History of Technology and Science" badge.

Or how about a “Philosophy of Science isn’t just jerking off” badge?
Maybe a “History of Science makes sure someone will remember your obscure contribution” badge?
Some of us just went directly to the humanistic studies of science out of school, never bothered with the “respectable” stuff in the first place…
